DO'S AND DON'TS

TERMS AND SERVICE

✧ Commissions are for personal use only and clients are not allowed to profit in any way from my art (unless requested otherwise)✧ All commissioned pieces are not allowed to be used for NFTs or fed into any form of AI programs
✧ I will only work on requests that provide a completed character design. I will not be accepting commissions that require me to design a character / outfit from scratch
✧ I have the right to decline any commissions that are out of my abilities✧ Clients will only be provided with a digital copy of the completed piece
✧ You may post commissioned pieces on your social media or use them as profile pictures / headers (proper credit will be appreciated)
✧ You may not create and/or distribute physical copies of the commissioned pieces (even if it is non-profit) without prior discussion while ordering✧ I, as the artist, may post finished pieces on my social media and include them in my portfolio
✧ Kindly let me know if you'd like to keep it private

PAYMENT

✧ All prices stated are in USD
✧ Preferred payment method would be through Stripe (Credit Card), but I do accept Paypal as well
✧ For locals (Malaysians), I accept payment through TnG or Bank Transfer (x2.5 USD pricing)✧ Full payment (upfront) has to be made to secure your slot
✧ No refunds can be made after I have started sketching✧ However, in the unfortunate event that I am unable to complete your commission due to unforeseen circumstances, I will be providing you a full refund

WORKING PROCESS

✧ To order, kindly DM me on my social medias (twitter/instagram) or drop me an email at [email protected]
✧ I will get back to you within 1-3 days
✧ After confirmation of your commission, full payment has to be made✧ 2 revisions each will be given FoC during the sketch and colour phase
✧ Additional revisions / major changes after initial confirmations will be subjected to extra fees✧ Each commission will take anywhere between 2 weeks and 2 months to complete starting from the sketching phase
✧ Please only place an order if you are willing to wait (no rush)✧ Final piece will be sent over to you via email
